If you cancel, fail to attend, or reschedule less than one week before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a future session.If you request to reschedule with at least one week’s notice but do not book a new appointment within a reasonable timeframe, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure another date.Requests to reschedule with one week or more notice will be accommodated whenever possible.

Significant changes to the original project after booking may result in deposit forfeiture unless approved by the artist.
